Delete your TraderDarl data

How to delete your TraderDarl account and data, including without opening the app. Bracketed items must be completed by the developer before publication.

Where your data is

Your TraderDarl account and everything you record are stored on our servers (screenshots in private, encrypted cloud storage) and in the browser on each device where you use TraderDarl.

Delete it in the app

• Sign in, then open Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
• This permanently deletes the account, its trades, notes, tasks, routines, screenshots and settings from our servers and from this browser. It cannot be undone — export a backup first (Settings → Backup & Restore) if you want a copy.
• Other TraderDarl accounts in the same browser are not affected.

Delete it without the app

• Email us (see "Ask us" below) — we delete your account and its data on our servers for you.
• To remove the copy kept in a browser, clear the stored site data ("cookies and site data" or "website data") for [WEBSITE ADDRESS] in that browser's privacy settings. This removes only that browser's copy, not your account on our servers.

Ask us

Email [PRIVACY & SUPPORT EMAIL] with the subject "Delete my TraderDarl data". We will check that the request comes from the account's email address, then delete your account and its server-side data, including stored images, within [NUMBER] days and tell you when it is done.

What is kept

After deletion, none of your records or screenshots are kept. Database backups held by our hosting provider for disaster recovery expire within 30 days. Security-log entries (event type and time, never trade details) are kept for up to one year, as Indian rules for service providers require. Our hosting provider keeps technical request data (such as IP addresses) for a limited period to run and protect the service. [LEGAL REVIEW: state the provider's log-retention period.]
