TraderDarl Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applies to paid TraderDarl subscriptions. Pre-launch draft reflecting the developer's decision (payments are non-refundable); to be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before publication.

Free trial

New accounts get a 30-day trial with full Pro access. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you set up a paid plan during the trial, the first charge is on the day the trial ends; cancel before then and you are not charged.

Autopay and renewals

Paid plans are subscriptions paid by Autopay (card, UPI AutoPay or bank e-mandate through our payment provider, Razorpay). They renew automatically every month or year at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Your bank or UPI app notifies you before each charge.

Cancelling

• Cancel at any time in the app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel renewal. You can also cancel the mandate in your bank or UPI app.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; your data is not deleted.
• Deleting your account also cancels the subscription.

Refunds

• Subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly and yearly payments, partly used periods, unused features, and periods after you stop using TraderDarl without cancelling.
• We do refund: a duplicate charge for the same period, a charge made after you cancelled, and any payment the law requires us to refund.
• To ask about a charge, email [PRIVACY & SUPPORT EMAIL] within 30 days of it, with the date and amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay; banks usually show them within 5–7 working days. [LEGAL REVIEW: confirm the 30-day window and consumer-law exceptions.]

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, the payment provider retries. You keep access until the end of the period already paid; if the payment still fails, the plan ends and features outside the free trial become unavailable. You are never charged twice for the same period.
